HMR-110V-25…100A

110–125V DC Rectifier Module — Hot-Swap N+1 for Substation & Switchgear (25A–100A)

Overview

The Hannibal HMR-110V is a 110–125VDC modular rectifier and battery charger that supplies high-reliability DC power to substations and switchgear from 25A to 100A. Using high-frequency commutated (IGBT) switch-mode modules in a hot-swap N+1 redundant configuration, it energises the protection relays, SCADA, control and tripping circuits of electrical substations while a stand-by battery guarantees power backup for substations during a total AC outage.

The modular design delivers high power density and a long design life, and hot-swappable modules keep mean time to repair extremely low — a faulty module is replaced live without disturbing the 110V DC bus. Built-in intelligent battery management with temperature-compensated charging, a battery low-voltage disconnect (LVD), output breakers for loads and an earth leakage current sensor protect both the battery and the distribution network. A front-panel HMI, a time-stamped alarm & event logger and RS485 / TCP / SNMP / GSM communication provide complete supervision for utility-grade reliability.

Key features

  • 110–125VDC modular output, scalable from 25A to 100A for substation and switchgear DC.
  • Powers protection relays, SCADA, control and tripping circuits with continuous DC supply.
  • High-frequency commutated (IGBT) switch-mode modules with hot-swap N+1 redundancy.
  • Battery low-voltage disconnect (LVD) and output breakers for loads as standard.
  • Earth leakage current sensor (positive and negative) for DC network safety.
  • Temperature-compensated charging and built-in intelligent battery management.
  • Peak efficiency > 96% with active current sharing for redundant operation.
  • Front-panel HMI plus RS485, TCP/IP, SNMP, GSM and dry-contact monitoring.
