Overview
The Hannibal HMR-220V is a 220–240VDC industrial modular rectifier and battery charger delivering 25A to 100A of stabilized high-voltage DC for demanding industrial and process applications. High-frequency commutated (IGBT) switch-mode modules provide high power density and high efficiency in a compact 19” rack or cabinet, supplying a robust 220V DC bus for emergency, control and shutdown systems while keeping the stand-by battery charged.
Hot-swappable modules in an N+1 redundant configuration deliver outstanding availability in harsh environments, with live module replacement keeping mean time to repair low even on critical sites. A wide input voltage range supports demanding grid conditions, while a wide operating temperature range (down to -40°C and up to +75°C with de-rating) suits harsh climatic conditions. Optional fusible surge suppression, redundant fans, anti-condensation heating, earth leakage sensing and ingress protection up to IP66 make it suitable for the most exposed and corrosive installations, all monitored over RS485, TCP, SNMP and GSM.
