Overview
The Hannibal HMR-48V is a 48VDC telecom rectifier module engineered as the power backbone of modern DC power systems, delivering 25A to 100A of stabilized, high-efficiency direct current. Based on high-frequency commutated (IGBT) switch-mode technology, it provides the dense, reliable 48V DC that macro-cell BTS, LTE / WiMax, microwave, FTTX, broadband access, optical fibre transmission and Internet Data Centre (IDC) installations depend on.
Hot-swappable modules in an N+1 redundant architecture let the system grow with demand and allow live module replacement, so the 48V DC bus never drops — a true DC UPS for mission-critical telecom and data-centre loads. With peak efficiency above 96.5%, a power factor ≥ 0.99, output ripple and noise ≤ 200mVp-p, and a wide input voltage range for demanding grid conditions, the HMR-48V keeps energy losses and operating costs low. Temperature-compensated charging of VRLA lead-acid batteries, a built-in battery test function, an alarm & event logger with time-stamped memory, and RS485 / TCP / SNMP / GSM communication deliver complete supervision and remote control.
