24V DC Modular Rectifier Module — Hot-Swap N+1 Redundant (25A–100A)
Overview
The Hannibal HMR-24V is a 24VDC modular rectifier and battery charger that delivers stabilized DC power from 25A up to 100A through high-frequency commutated (IGBT) switch-mode modules. Its compact, fully digital design packs high power density into a 19” rack or cabinet, supplying clean 24V DC to communication and industrial control systems while keeping a stand-by battery charged for a continuous, uninterrupted DC supply.
Built for high reliability and a long design life, the HMR-24V uses hot-swappable rectifier modules in an N+1 redundant configuration, so a single module can be replaced live without interrupting the load — maximising availability and minimising mean time to repair (MTTR). With peak efficiency above 96%, active current sharing within ±5%, temperature-compensated battery charging and built-in intelligent battery management, it is an energy-efficient 24V DC power supply for telecom, instrumentation and process-control loads. A user-friendly front-panel HMI handles all parameters and calibrations, while RS485, TCP, SNMP and GSM communication enable full remote monitoring.
