Overview
The Hannibal HR-1P-125V is a single-phase 125VDC industrial battery charger that delivers a regulated 10A to 500A DC supply to switchgear, utility control rooms and protection systems. Combined with a stand-by battery, it forms a reliable DC power supply and battery charger that protects critical 125V loads from voltage dips, brown-outs and complete mains failure.
The charger pairs a galvanic isolation transformer with a thyristor-controlled (B6C / 6-pulse) bridge and DSP control to hold voltage regulation under 1% and output ripple under 1%, even under fluctuating load. An intuitive LCD display with keypad and menu navigation provides a clear front-panel interface for measured-values display, programmable operation parameters, calibration functions and a time-stamped alarm & event logger. Built-in intelligent battery management with float, equalize and boost modes supports lead-acid, Ni-Cd, VRLA, OPzS and OPzV batteries, with each unit carrying a clear equipment label, model info and serial number for traceable service and support.
