220–240V DC Three-Phase Industrial Rectifier & Battery Charger (10A–2500A)
Overview
The Hannibal HR-3P-220V is a three-phase 220–240VDC industrial rectifier and battery charger rated from 10A to 2500A for the most demanding sectors — oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, mining and metallurgy. It supplies a powerful, stable high-voltage DC bus and keeps the standby battery charged, protecting emergency, control and shutdown systems in the harshest operating conditions.
Available in 6-pulse (B6C) and 12-pulse (B12C) thyristor-controlled topologies with DSP control, the HR-3P-220V combines a galvanic isolation transformer with ripple suppression to hold voltage regulation and output ripple below 1% while keeping input THDi low. It is rated for continuous full-load operation at high ambient temperature up to 55°C, altitude operation up to 2000m, an input voltage tolerance of +15% / -10% and frequency tolerance of ±10%. Anti-seismic design, fast-acting semiconductor fuses (OPS-14) and outdoor IP55 / IP65 enclosures make it a rugged, long-life solution for exposed and corrosive sites.
