Overview
The Hannibal HR-1P-220V is a single-phase 220–240VDC industrial rectifier and battery charger rated from 10A to 500A for demanding sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries. It supplies a robust high-voltage DC bus and keeps the standby battery charged, ensuring an uninterrupted DC supply for emergency, control and shutdown systems operating in harsh environments.
Ruggedised for high ambient temperature operation, the HR-1P-220V is built around a galvanic isolation transformer, a thyristor-controlled (B6C / 6-pulse) bridge and DSP control that hold voltage regulation under 1% and output ripple under 1%. Comprehensive protection — short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, current limiting and fast-acting semiconductor fuses (OPS-14) — keeps the system safe under fault conditions. Optional H2S gas compensation for geothermal power plants and petrochemical sites, plus outdoor IP55 / IP65 enclosures, make it suitable for the most corrosive and exposed installations, with an emergency stop and full safety compliance built in.
