24V Single-Phase Industrial Rectifier & Battery Charger (10A–500A)
Overview
The Hannibal HR-1P-24V is a single-phase 24VDC industrial rectifier and battery charger engineered to deliver clean, regulated DC power supply from 10A to 500A. Built on a thyristor-controlled rectifier platform with DSP control, it converts a single-phase AC input into a stable 24V DC output while simultaneously float charging the standby battery, protecting low-voltage control, signalling and instrumentation loads from the damaging effects of mains interruptions.
Designed for high reliability and a long system lifetime, the HR-1P-24V uses a galvanic isolation transformer (B6C / 6-pulse topology) to guarantee full input-to-output separation, low output ripple and precise voltage regulation below 1%. Automatic float, equalize and boost charge modes, adjustable current limiting and soft start make it a dependable 24V DC backup and uninterrupted DC supply for industrial automation, telecom and utility auxiliary systems. Front-panel measured-value display, LED indicators, an audible alarm and dry contact alarm relays give operators full visibility and simple maintenance.
