125V DC Three-Phase Battery Charger for Substation & Switchgear (10A–2500A)

Overview

The Hannibal HR-3P-125V is a three-phase 125VDC battery charger and rectifier from 10A to 2500A, delivering high-reliability DC power and battery charging for substations, switchgear and defence-sector installations. It keeps the protection, control and signalling circuits of electrical substations energised and, with a stand-by battery, provides uninterrupted power backup for SCADA, switchgear and critical control loads.

Built on 6-pulse (B6C) and 12-pulse (B12C) thyristor-controlled topologies with fast DSP control, the HR-3P-125V achieves low input harmonics, voltage regulation under 1% and output ripple under 1% through a galvanic isolation transformer and ripple suppression. Programmable operation parameters, calibration functions for voltage and current, input power measurement (OPS-09) and over-temperature protection give engineers precise control and dependable operation. An LCD display with keypad and automatic startup / restart after fault keep maintenance and service simple across long deployment lifetimes.
