400V DC Three-Phase Industrial Rectifier & Battery Charger — High-Power (10A–2500A)
Overview
The Hannibal HR-3P-400V is a three-phase 400VDC high-power industrial rectifier and battery charger covering 10A to 2500A — the top of the HR Series range. Its 400V DC output is ideal for high-power industrial DC distribution and as the front-end rectifier of double-conversion AC UPS systems up to 500 kVA, where it can be combined with an inverter to build complete high-rating uninterruptible power solutions.
Available in 6-pulse (B6C) and 12-pulse (B12C) thyristor-controlled topologies and an IGBT version with DSP control, the HR-3P-400V achieves very low input THDi (down to ~5% with IGBT), voltage regulation under 1% and output ripple under 1% through a galvanic isolation transformer. It can act as a precise voltage source or current source, functions as an AC-DC converter and DC-DC converter, and is designed for a long system lifetime of 20+ years of continuous operation. Fan failure monitoring (OPS-15), active parallel current sharing and a modular rectifier architecture maximise availability for the most critical high-power loads.
